He has more than 15 years of experience in both the planning and operation of public transport systems in Latin America. Before joining ICCT, Carlos worked as Head of Research and Analysis at Metbus S.A., participating in the design and implementation of the electromobility strategy for the public transportation system of Santiago, Chile, and as a consultant for the Electromobility Platform of the Inter-American Development Bank.
