She plays a key role in managing the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement.<\/p>\n<p>With 16 years of HR experience, Sapna holds an MBA in HR, an executive certification in Organizational Development from XLRI &#8211; Xavier School of Management, and a training certificate in POSH.
