The proposed project would A) estimate the labor impacts of investments related to new zero-emission Class 4-8 heavy-duty vehicle (HDV) infrastructure, and B) assess the costs of electric vehicle supply equipment and electric utility grid investments necessary to support zero-emission HDVs in the United States. For both tasks, the primary project elements are (1) engagement with the ICCT staff, and (2) research and quantitative and qualitative data collection and submission to the ICCT. The downloadable RFP provides more project details and guidance on preparation of application materials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budget<\/strong><br \/>\nThe maximum bid for the proposed work of Task A and Task B combined is $60,000 (total, including all taxes and fees). Bids exceeding this amount will be not be eligible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timeframe<\/strong><br \/>\nThis project will be done from September to November 2024 (see details in the RFP document).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposal deadline<\/strong><br \/>\nProposals must be received by September 10, 2024 (11:59pm Pacific US time). Late proposals will not be considered. The ICCT may answer or ask clarification questions but is not obligated to respond to inquiries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease send submission materials (1) the proposal in Word or pdf format of 9-11 pages: (2) the principal investigator\u2019s curriculum vitae of up to 3 pages; (3) 3 examples of related projects, if not publicly accessible online; and (4) contact information for two professional references to <a href=\"mailto:y.xie@theicct.org\">via email<\/a>.
