He is based in New Delhi hase over ten years of experience in Administartion, and operations management in the IT and development sectors. Before joining ICCT, Bharat worked for a European Union project called International Urban Cooperation, since inception to closer, which was managed in India by a German consulting firm called GFA Consulting Group.
