With 20 years of experience in environment, energy, and transportation policy, he oversees more than two dozen research staff supporting the deployment of zero-emission trucks and buses in Europe, North America, China, India, Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia, and South Africa. In 2018 he co-founded the Zero-Emission Bus Rapid-Deployment Accelerator with C40 Cities. In 2017 Mr. Minjares established the Global Industry Partnership on Soot-Free Clean Bus Fleets with the Climate and Clean Air Coalition. He has published widely on the global health and near-term climate impacts of the diesel vehicle fleet.
