Joshua Miller joined the ICCT in 2012. As Director of Modeling, Monitoring, and Evaluation, he oversees the development of computer models that are used by researchers across ICCT to project transportation emissions, energy use, air quality and health impacts, and other endpoints, and evaluate the costs and benefits of policy and technology options to improve the environmental performance of all major transportation modes. He also leads monitoring and evaluation of ICCT’s impacts, oversees global research on the evolving climate and health impacts of transportation, and serves as the staff lead for ICCT’s Board strategy committee. As Director of Program Services, he oversees initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and improve long-term planning for programs and operations departments. <\/p>\n
Previously, he has led ICCT\u2019s activities in the G20 Transport Task Group, providing direct support to regulators in G20 economies, and has served as a principal investigator for numerous emissions inventories, regulatory impact assessments, and cost-benefit studies covering a wide range of national and local jurisdictions and policies. He has worked with policymakers in Europe, North America, South America, East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
