He leads ICCT\u2019s activities to support multilateral initiatives working to hasten the global transition to zero-emission vehicles, including the <a title=\"https:\/\/zevalliance.org\/\" href=\"https:\/\/zevalliance.org\/\">International ZEV Alliance<\/a> and <a title=\"https:\/\/zevtc.org\/\" href=\"https:\/\/zevtc.org\/\">ZEV Transition Council<\/a>. Tim also manages ICCT\u2019s contributions to <a title=\"https:\/\/www.trueinitiative.org\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trueinitiative.org\/\">The Real Urban Emissions (TRUE) Initiative<\/a>, which applies real-world emissions data to support the development of low-emission transport policies in cities around the world. He has expertise in measurement and analysis of vehicle emissions and their impacts on air quality and climate.
