This is a double opt-in process; after subscribing to our list, you will receive a confirmation email that you must also respond to in order to be added to the list. We use an outside vendor, MailChimp, to send email updates and store our mailing list. MailChimp collects information on undelivered emails (so that defunct addresses can be removed from the list), location, opens, and clicks. MailChimp may also transfer this personal data to certain sub-processors who perform critical services, such as abuse and fraud prevention and customer support.
